Reserving Items All Items require a minimum non-refundable deposit of £10. We will only hold an item up to 7days, if full payment has not been received within this time, the deposit will be lost. Electrical items not yet PAT tested can be reserved only by paying the full amount. Collection & Delivery Information Please give us as much accurate information as possible. This will help our delivery drivers make quick and efficient deliveries as we may have to make an extra charge if the delivery is difficult and lengthy. Please also be aware that if we cannot get the item of furniture into the premises we will only refund the cost of the item - not the delivery charge. We deliver within a radius of approximately 25 miles. The delivery charge is dependent upon the distance so please contact us on 01782 863192 or firstname.lastname@example.org for a price. If we cannot deliver on a specified date the office will contact you to rearrange. Returns Refunds will only be given on faulty electrical items within 7 days of delivery or collection Thank you!
